class=\"translation-block\">Active surveillance may be an option for small tumors<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Surgery<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">Partial nephrectomy (removal of only part of the kidney) when the tumor is small and the kidney needs to be preserved.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">Radical nephrectomy (surgery of the entire kidney) when the tumor is large or located in the middle of the kidney.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Use of co-administrative medications after surgery: such as pembrolizumab to help reduce recurrence.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Other options: Cryotherapy, RFA, or Radiation (SBRT) for those who cannot undergo surgery.<\/li><\/ul><h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Stage III:<\/b><\/span><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">Primary surgery: Radical nephrectomy with lymph node dissection is usually chosen.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pembrolizumab or Sunitinib may be used (postoperatively).<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">Unable to undergo surgery: Consider Radiation, Ablation, or Treatment stage IV.<\/li><\/ul><h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Stage IV:<\/b><\/span><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">Immunotherapy and targeted therapy (e.g., nivolumab, pembrolizumab, sunitinib)<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Depends on the case<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the primary tumor and the metastases are small \u2014
