This makes ongoing follow-up critical, even beyond the first 5 years post-treatment.<\/p><h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000000;\"><b>Recommendations for Luminal Subtype Patients<\/b><\/span><\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Continue regular follow-up visits with your oncologist even after completing treatment.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Discuss extended endocrine therapy with your doctor if you are at higher risk.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Maintain a healthy lifestyle with weight management, regular exercise, and limited alcohol intake.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Watch for warning signs such as persistent cough, bone pain, or enlarged lymph nodes.<\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000000;\"><b>summarize<\/b><\/span><\/h2><p class=\"translation-block\">Late recurrence is more common in Luminal A and Luminal B breast cancers.
